Original "Paris" banner, hand made by local artist, Rosemary Olson. Done on heavy paper stock, with scalloped edges, glittered lettering and glitter covered fleur de lis hanging on each end. This banner was made for the shop Garden Memories in Ventura, and is one of a kind. Will be rolled and shipped in a poster tube.
