 For those that love nothing more than indulging their pampered pets and celebrating their birthdays along with the rest of the family, offered here for you is this absolutely darling dog birthday party hat, made especially for The Old Painted Cottage, by local artist Rosemary Olson. Each birthday hat is hand decorated and embellished with german glass glitter. Also, each hat has ribbon on each side for tying together in a bow. Measures approx " tall, not including ribbon. Choose from "Best in Show" or "Party Pooch". Measures 7 1/4" tall. Woof!
